Which brand's products Home Glazer use for painting?
We use branded products only for painting like Asian Paints, Dulux, Nerolac, Berger etc. As there are multiple brands are available in the market, we also offer our clients to choose the brand according to their preference.
How many people work on your painting crew?
The size of our crew strongly depends on the scope of work and timeline within the project needs to be completed. We usually utilize team of 2-6 professional painter to maximise the productivity.
Throughout my painting project who will be there to answer my queries?
We keep an open line of communication with you before, during and after your project. Throughout your painting project a dedicate site manager will always be there to answer your queries. You can also contact us directly to address your concerns or answer any questions you may have whatsoever.
What if I have some changes that I would like to make or additional work that I would like to have, the crew take care of while they're already at my site?
Yes, if you have any changes that you would like to make or additional work which you would like to have competed please feel free to speak to our site manager, painting contractor. In most of the cases it is more cost-effective for customers. We are always happy to accommodate your requests!
What methods and types of equipment do you use?
We use the latest techniques and machine to give the quality result to our customers. But everything can't be done through machine and that's why when it is required to use traditional way to do the tasks, we do it in that way only. Elemental specializes in high-volume spray painting of high-performance coatings. Spray painting offers the ultimate in speed, efficiency, and coverage quality, especially in 3D surface and difficult access situations. Conventional brush and roller techniques are utilized when they are preferable and/or more efficient.
What are your working hours?
We are always there to respond you. We are open on all seven days of the week. We work Monday through Sunday during the normal morning to evening hours. We have been known for working extended hours if needed.
How well do you manage your work?
Our projects are managed by the experience site managers, painting contractors to ensure the projects are completed as scheduled, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What are the prices? Is the price negotiable?
Price for the services are different, that will be discuss with you over our visit to your space. Yes, our prices are negotiable. Instead of discounts we understand the work and negotiate there and then.
How quickly Home Glazer can start the painting service after confirming the order?
We pride ourselves by having a fast same-day or next-day response. Once, you place your order with us we can start the work on the same day, next day or on day decided by you.
Will my house be cleaned after the painting job?
Yes, we offer post cleaning service on our every project and that is one of the major reasons why you should contact Home Glazer for all your painting needs.
