Clean the surface from dust, algae, fungal growth, and loose material. Apply putty for cracks and repair surface defects. Sand smooth and prime if required.
Stir the paint thoroughly. Add water as per the recommended dilution ratio. Do not over-thin.

When brushing Ace Advanced on normal masonry, one coat covers approximately 10-12 square meters per liter, and two coats cover 5-6 square meters per liter.
Two coats of Ace Advanced are recommended which will give an estimated coverage of 5-6 square meters per litre when applied to a normal masonry surface by brushing.
