Clean the surface from dust, algae, fungal growth, and loose material. Apply putty for cracks and repair surface defects. Sand smooth and prime if required.
Stir the paint thoroughly. Add water as per the recommended dilution ratio. Do not over-thin.
Apply the first coat using brush, roller, or spray. Allow adequate drying time between coats. Apply second coat for uniform finish and protection.
Clean tools with water immediately after use.
