User Guide For WoodTech Polyester VFM
Step-by-Step Process
Surface Preparation
Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, oil, and loose paint. Apply putty if required and sand the surface smooth. Apply 1 coat of primer for better adhesion.
Mixing the Paint
Stir the paint thoroughly before use. Add water as per the recommended dilution ratio (typically 30-60% for brush/roller application). Do not over-thin or over-extend the brush.
Applying the Paint
Apply the first coat using a brush, roller, or spray. Allow 4-6 hours for drying. Apply the second coat for uniform finish. Use even strokes and avoid overlapping.
Clean Up
Clean brushes and rollers immediately after use with water. Wipe any spills or splashes before they dry.
Final Touches
Allow the paint to fully cure for 2-3 weeks before washing. Avoid painting when ambient temperature is below 10°C or above 35°C.
